Edith Bratton
Edith Wooten Bratton, 90, of Baltimore, formerly of Lebanon, died Wednesday, April 12, 1995. She was the wife of the late McCune Bratton.
Born May 3, 1904, she was teh daughter of the late Stafford and Lavinia Scott Wootten. She and her husband lived in Lebanon for over 30 years and owned one of the largest show stoes in the city, the M.Bratton Shoe Store on Cumberland Street.
She is survived by a daughter, Lavinia B. Penninman, Sparks, MD; sister, Ida W. Feldt, Williamsburg, Va; granddaguhters Virginia Penniman Grauel and Jennifer Penniman Sweigart; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Leslie Penniman Hodges.

McCune Bratton to Marry
Mr. and Mrs. Stafford R. Wootten, of Hampton, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter Edith to McCune Bratton. The wedding will take place Saturday, June 30, in the Hampton Presbyterian Church.

The Hampton Presbyterian Church was the scene of a very pretty wedding yesterday afternoon at half past five o'clock, when Miss Edith Bailey Wootten daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stafford Bailey Wootten, became the bride of McCune Bratton, son of Mrs. Mary McCune Bratton and the late John B. Bratton, of Ardmore, Pennsylvania.
