  [S1] Newspaper Clipping, 1 Oct 1923, Reading Times. Mrs. Cleaver Dead Wife of City's Oldest Physician Dies After Short Illness Ill but a few weeks, following a heart attack. Mrs. Lorena Cleaver (Moore), wife of one of Reading's oldest physicians, died at her residence 222 South Fifth street, yesterday morning. Several weeks ago, Mrs. Cleaver suffered a heart attack which proved finally to be fatal. Mrs. Cleaver was a resident of this city for the past 61 years, having moved here from Clearfield county, her birth place. She was the daughter of the late Wilson S. Moore, prominent anong the early settlers of Clearfield, and Esther Guthrie, of Chester county. In 1866 Miss Moore married Dr. Israel Cleaver and in 1873 they moved to this city. Since then they have maintained their residence here. Surviving beside her husband is one sister, Hattie, wife of the late Freeman M. Baod, of this city; Wilbur, of New York City, and Helen Guthrie Cleaver, at home. Cleaver was prominent in church work, and was an active member of St. Peter's Methodist church and SUnday School.
