  [S1] Newspaper Clipping, 25 Apr 1958, The Morning News (Wilmington, DE). Charles T. Sugeson, 73, retired carpenter, died suddenly yesterday morning at is home in Toughkenamon, Pa. Born in Landenburg, Pa., Mr. Surgeson had lived in TOughkneamon since he was six years old and had been a carpenter there until his retirement about two years ago. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Surgeson was a member of the Avondale and Kennett Volunteer Fire Companies. Surviving are his wife, Mrs, Esther Thomas Surgeson, three daughters by his first wife - the late Anna Dadley - Mrs. Herber (Esther) McCann, Avondale; Mrs. Alfred (Marjorie Burke), WEst Grove, and Mrs. Harold (Jean) Sheppheard, Hamorton, PA; two brothers, George Surgeson, Toughkenamon, and Wilmer Surgeson, Avondale; two sisters, MRs. Mary Dadley and Mrs. Harriet Whalen, both of Toughkenamon; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. at the Worrall Funeral Home, Kennett Square, with interment at New Garden Friends Cemetery.
