The son of the late Arthur and Stella Harris, he was born in Millerstown and was the administrator of the Medical Laboratory at the Lutheran Hospital in Baltimore. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Lehman Harris, and two children, Robert W., Jr. and Darla, all of Baltimore; three brothers,James of Duncannon RD1, Carl of New Bloomfield and Ronald of Newport RD.
