Mrs. Nevin Dead in East Rites for Composer's Wife To Be In Maine Praivate funeral services for Mrs. Anne PAul Nevin, 79, widow of Ethelbert Nevin, Pittsburgh composer, will be held this week at Blue Hills, Me. Mrs. Nevin, who died Friday in a private sanitarium in Connecticut, will be buried beside the body of her husband which she had transferred from Sewickley valley to Blue HIll in 1938. Mrs. Nevin, who was born in Oakmont, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jaconb Paul, married EThelbert Nevin in 1888, at a "grand wedding" during which the young composer presented his bride with the manuscript of "Oh That We Two Were Maying". The couple lived in Edgeworth, Sewickley valley, the birthplace of the composer for the next 12 years. In 1900 the Nevin family moved to Connecticut where the composer died at the age of 39. Mrs. Nevin visited her sister-in-law, Mrs. Thomas A. Standish, for the last time about five years ago. She leaves a son, Paul Nevin, of New Haven, Connecticut, a daughter, Doris Nevin, of Boston and Maine, and four grandchildren.
