Bailey, died Saturday morning in Medical Cetner East. She was ill three weeks. Born in Coventryville, she was a daughter of teh late James E. and Bertha (Lloyd) Bingaman. She was the oldest member of Coventry Methodist Church and a former organist and Sunday School teacher. She also was a member of Schuylkill Chapter, Order of Eastern Star. Surviving with her widower are a son, Laurence B., 807 N. Franklin St.; a daughter, Margaret, wife of Howard R. Weyman, Pottstown Star Route, and six grandchildren [S1] Newspaper Clipping, 3 Sep 1970, The Mercury (Pottstown, PA). Bailey Rites Funeral services for Leonore (Bingaman) Bailey, 77, wife of Laurence G. Bailey, 25 N. Franklin St., were Wednesday from Schumacher and Reber Funeral Home, 359 King St. Officiating was the Rev. Herbert J. Snyder, pastor of Coventryville Methodist Church. Interment was in Coventryville Methodist Church Cemetery.
